With nearly two decades of experience in the mold, water damage, and environmental testing industry, David E. Minshall is recognized as one of Florida’s most highly trained and trusted professionals. Starting his career in 2005, David has dedicated his work to helping families and businesses restore safe, healthy environments.
David is a Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and holds multiple Florida state licenses, including Mold Assessor (#2421), Mold Remediator (#2365), Asbestos Financial Officer (FO393), and Asbestos Business (ZA600). He is also an EPA-Accredited AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector, giving him the expertise to evaluate a wide range of indoor environmental concerns.
His training includes the rare distinction of holding three IICRC Master certifications:
- Master Water Restorer (#174276)
- Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (#174276)
- Master Textile Cleaner (#174276)
In addition, David maintains OSHA 10 certification, ensuring that every project follows the highest standards of safety.

Since beginning his career in the mold and water damage industry in 2010, Robert E. O’Brien has built a strong reputation as a knowledgeable and reliable environmental professional. As Vice President of EnviroPro Plus, Robert is committed to providing clients with thorough inspections, detailed reports, and practical solutions that protect both health and property.
Robert is a Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) and holds multiple Florida state licenses, including Mold Assessor (#4102) and Mold Remediator (#4218). He is also an EPA-Accredited AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector, qualified to identify asbestos-containing materials during inspections.
